M/S Pranita Engineering Solutions (P) Ltd. has a proven track record of supplying critical and complex Aircraft parts to Indian Premier Aircraft companies and research centres like various divisions of M/S Hindustan Aeronautics Limited & M/S National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore.

M/S Pranita Engineering Solutions (P) Ltd. has participated in almost all the prototype projects being taken up by M/S Hindustan Aeronautics & M/S National Aerospace Laboratories and now takes pride to inform about taking major part in their production activities. M/S Pranita has its own dedicated full fledged CAD/CAM centre for all kinds of activities related to Design, Development, Modeling & NC Programming and the reverse engineering.

M/S Pranita Engineering Solutions (P) Ltd. is now implementing the Quality System Procedure in line with AS 9100 B and expecting the certification by April/May -2007.

Design & Manufacture

• We have dedicated CAD/CAM design centre with various seats of MASTER CAM, PRO-E & CIMATRON, etc. for all kinds of CAD/CAM activities with full fledged reverse engineering abilities
• Manufacturing
• We have world class CNC vertical machining centers along with supporting machinery. We have CNC machining ability up to the size of 5000 mm in length and 2100 mm in width with vacuum clamping facilities and also having manual 5 Axes Angular Heads to facilitate critical CNC machining.
  

QC & A

M/s Pranita, having an experience of 8 years in producing critical and complex Aircraft structural parts, has acquired all necessary infrastructure to ensure optimised standards of Quality.

M/s Pranita being an established and regular firts tier supplier of many critical parts to Indian premier Aerospace Industries, had established standardised procedures of Quality Control and Assurance.

M/s Pranita being a preferred supplier is regularly audited by various divisions of M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. and M/s National Aerospace Laboratories.

M/s Pranita is also audited and approved by DGCA i.e., Director General of Civil Aviation which is a body authorized by Govt. of India to give certification and approvals for manufacturing civil aircrafts and its associated sub assemblies and parts.

• M/s Pranita has got the complete infrastructure for inspection of all the kinds of Aircraft parts and shall be acquiring the latest coordinate measuring machine very soon to facilitate further.
